The Papillons de Nuit festival, a veritable musical institution in Normandy, announces its return for a 22nd edition from 17 to 19 May 2024 in Saint-Laurent-de-Cuves.

This year, the festival promises a rich and varied programme, with internationally renowned artists and emerging talents, for an unforgettable musical experience in Normandy!

 

What is the Papillons de Nuit Festival?



A village vibrating to the rhythm of the Papillons de Nuit festival


The Papillons de Nuit festival is an annual music festival held in Saint-Laurent-de-Cuves, in the Manche département of Normandy.

For over 20 years, the normally peaceful village of Saint-Laurent-de-Cuves has been transformed each year into a veritable musical magnet.

The Papillons de Nuit festival attracts thousands of festival-goers who come to enjoy the sounds of the hottest artists.


Good to know: At its first edition in 2001, the festival welcomed 10,000 people. By 2019, that figure had risen to 75,000, an exponential growth that testifies to the growing popularity of this unique event.

In total, no fewer than 975,000 festival-goers have visited the festival over the last two decades.


The festival takes place over 3 days and offers an eclectic line-up, with internationally renowned artists as well as up-and-coming talents.

The musical line-up is varied, covering a wide range of styles: rock, pop, electro, hip-hop, French chanson and more.

As well as the concerts, the festival also offers a wide range of events, including exhibitions, workshops and street performances.
 



2024: An explosive line-up




For its 22nd edition, the Papillons de Nuit festival is pulling out all the stops and unveiling an exceptional line-up.

Unmissable artists will be setting the stage alight, including Christophe Maé, a key figure in French folk, who will be thrilling us with his unforgettable hits. Matt Pokora, on his 20th anniversary tour, promises an exceptional show tinged with emotion.

His spellbinding vocals will transport us into unique worlds. Grand Corps Malade will touch us with his poignant words, while Zaho De Sagazan and Hoshi will charm us with their spellbinding melodies.

Confirmed talents such as Ninho, Lost Frequencies and Eddy de Pretto will set the festival alight with their frenzied rhythms.

Finally, La Yegros, from Argentina, will take us on a journey with her hypnotic voice and Latin sounds.
 



How do I get to the Papillons de Nuit Festival?




The festival takes place in Saint-Laurent-de-Cuves, a village about 30km from Saint-Lô.

Shuttle buses are available from Saint-Lô and Granville stations.
